Jedná se o legální možnost matky, jak se vzdát péče o své dítě. Zavedení tohoto institutu se ale příčí koncepci určování mateřství, která je zakotvena v § 775 NOZ. V práci je vymezen rozdíl mezi utajenými porody a ostatními možnostmi matky. Dále je zmíněn historický vývoj právní úpravy utajených porodů a její původ. Největší pozornost je ovšem věnována problémovým aspektům právní úpravy s cílem nalézt jejich řešení. V neposlední řadě se zabývá srovnáváním české úpravy utajených porodů s vybranými zahraničními úpravami.. -- Abstract: The thesis deals with births with classified identity of the mother. This is a legal possibility for a mother to give up her baby. However, the introduction of this institute is contrary to the concept of determining motherhood, which is enshrined in § 775 NOZ. The thesis defines the difference between secret births and other possibilities of the mother. Then there is also mentioned historical development of legal regulation of secret births and its origin. However, the greatest attention is dedicated to the problematic aspects of legal regulation in order to find solutions. Last but not least, it deals with the comparison of the Czech regulation of secret births with selected foreign legal regulations.
