Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit efektivitu jednotlivých metod a technik respirační fyzioterapie u osob s cystickou fibrózou a chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se kineziologie hrudníku a základní poznatky o cystické fibróze a o chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci. Druhá část práce se již zabývá jednotlivými metodami a technikami respirační fyzioterapie a jejich efektem u nemocných. Pro tvorbu bakalářské práce byly krom knižních publikací použity články a studie vyhledávané v databázích PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct a Google Scholar pomocí anglických ekvivalentů klíčových slov: autogenní drenáž, aktivní cyklus dechových technik, pozitivní výdechový tlak, oscilační PEP systém, cystická fibróza a chronická obstrukční plicní nemoc. V závislosti na výsledcích studií lze říci, že všechny uvedené metody a techniky respirační fyzioterapie jsou u osob s cystickou fibrózou a chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí účinné.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of individual methods and techniques of respiratory physiotherapy in patients with cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. In the introductory part, there are summarized findings of chest kinesiology and basic knowledge of cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The second part of the thesis deals with individual methods and techniques of respiratory physiotherapy and their effect on patients. In addition to the book publications, articles and studies were used to support the bachelor thesis, which were searched in PubMed, Ovid, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases using keywords: autogenic drainage, active cycle of breathing techniques, positive expiratory pressure, oscillating PEP system, cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Based on the results of studies, it can be said that all the mentioned methods and techniques of respiratory physiotherapy are effective for patients with cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
