Bakalářská práce se zabývá spasticitou u míšních postižení. V úvodní části je popsána fyziologie řízení svalového tonu na míšní úrovni. Dále jsou popsány typy míšních lézí a různé klasifikace a rozdělení. V této části práce jsou také popsány možnosti klinického hodnocení spasticity. V hlavní části jsou popsány možnosti samotné terapie. Terapie je rozdělena na pohybovou léčbu, farmakologickou léčbu a fyzikální terapii. Práce si klade za cíl vytvořit přehled informací vysvětlujících spasticitu vkontextu míšního postižení a možností terapeutického ovlivnění.This bachelor thesis researches spasticity in context of spinal cord infliction. The first part of this paper describes physiological aspects of muscle tone control on a spinal level. Furthermore, the types of spinal cord lesions are described and classifications and divisions are added. In this part of thesis, there are options for clinical assessment of spasticity. The main part consists of available options for therapy of spasticity. The therapy is divided into a movement therapy, a pharmacological therapy and a physical therapy. The aim of this thesis is to create an informative summary explaining spasticity in context of spinal cord lesion, and to offer possibilities of therapy.
