Neustaly narust pozadavku pro ukladan? a uschovu dat zpusobil za- jem o struktury s na m?ru pripravenymi magnetickymi vlastnostmi. Nejv?ce jsou zadane systemy, ve kterych je mozno kontrolovat magneticke vlastnosti v atomovem mer?tku. Struktury vykazuj?c? takoveto chovan?, by mohly byt pouzity jako nova magneticka uloziste dat, kde bit informace je ulozen v magneticky stabiln?ch domenach. Dals? pozadovana vlastnost techto struktur je vysoka magneticka anizotropn? energie. Tento druh energie je zodpovedny nejen za stabilitu magnetickeho systemu, ale zabranuje take i moznym ztratam informace. Tato prace se soustred? na zkouman? magnetickych vlastnost? systemu, ktery se sklada z dimeru tvoreneho z Ir a Co atomu, adsorbovaneho na cisty a dopovany grafen s jednou vakanc?.The increasing requirements for higher speed, greater efficiency and increased data storage in electronic devices has spurred the interest in new structures with possible tailored magnetic properties. The most alluring structures are those with possible control of magnetism on the atomic scale. Such systems could later be used as the magnetic data storage devices where a bit with information would be stored in magnetic stable domains, if high magnetic anisotropy energy is present. This thesis focuses on the magnetic properties of transition metal dimer, consisted of iridum and cobalt atom, adsorbed on the single vacancy and nitrogen doped single vacancy graphene layer and their possible future applications in spintronics.
