Práce pojednává o stresu u příslušníků služby pořádkové policie ČR a jeho korelátech. Po úvodu je v teoretické části referováno o současných ekonomických, sociálních a psychologických problémech příslušníků Policie ČR, o kvalifikačních a psychologických požadavcích na práci příslušníka služby pořádkové policie ČR, dále je podrobně popsána problematika stresu, a to z hlediska základního biochemického a psychologického pojetí, teorií i faktorů, stejně tak je detailně rozebrána problematika spokojenosti v práci, a to rovněž z hlediska základního pojetí, teorií a faktorů. Poslední úsek teoretické části mapuje dosavadní výzkumy, jež byly v této oblasti již provedeny. V praktické části je představen projekt výzkumu stresu a pracovní spokojenosti u příslušníků služby pořádkové policie. Za užití dotazníků IPSS (Inventář pracovního stresu - modifikace pro povolání policisty) a DSPKOP (Dotazník spokojenosti s kontextem a obsahem práce) je na výběrovém souboru 80 policistů, sloužících na obvodních odděleních v rámci města Olomouce, zjišťováno, jaké jsou nejzávažnější zdroje stresu v profesi příslušníků služby pořádkové police České republiky a na jaké úrovni je u těchto příslušníků spokojenost s kontextem a obsahem jejich práce.The thesis deals with stress and its correlates among members of Public Order Police Service in the Czech Republic. After the introduction, the theoretical part refers to current economic, social and psychological problems among members of the Police of the Czech Republic, to qualification and psychological requirements for the work of a member of Public Order Police Service in the Czech Republic, then there is in detail described the topic of stress in terms of basic biochemical and psychological conception, theories and factors, in the same way there is in detail analyzed the topic of job satisfaction, also in terms of basic conception, theories and factors. The last section of the theoretical part examines up to date studies already carried out in this area. In the practical part there is introduced a project of research of stress and job satisfaction among members of Public Order Police Service. Using the IPSS (Job stress inventory - modification for profession of a policeman) and DSPKOP (Context and work content satisfaction questionnaire) questionnaires on a sample of 80 policemen, serving in the district departments within the city of Olomouc, it is being investigated, what are the most serious sources of stress in the profession of members of Public Order Police Service in the Czech Republic and at what level is among these members their satisfaction with the context and the content of their work.
