Jedná se o žáky se specifickými poruchami učení (SPU) na soukromé ZŠ Schola Viva o.p.s. Šumperk. Mapuje možnosti a vědomosti, jak jsou naši žáci seznámeni s pojmem stres, zda jej chápou ve správném smyslu a zda vědí, jak s tímto problémem bojovat, aby negativně neovlivňoval jejich sebevědomí, socializaci, tvořivost a psychické funkce. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se týkají této problematiky, jako jsou stres, stresory, relaxace, duševní zdraví, strach, úzkost a terminologie poruch učení. V teoretické části je popsána práce s dětmi a výsledky používání relaxačních metod v jednotlivých třídách.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis is focused on Possibilities of coping with stress at elementary school pupils, namely pupils with specific learning disabilities (SPU) at a private primary school Schola Viva o.p.s. Šumperk. It maps out the possibilities and knowledge of how our pupils are familiar with the concept of stress, whether they understand it in the right sense, and whether they know how to fight this problem to negatively affect their self-confidence, socialization, creativity and psychic functions. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to this issue, such as stress, stressors, relaxation, mental health, fear, anxiety and terminology of learning disorders. The theoretical part describes the work with children and the results of the use of relaxation methods in individual classes.
