Obsahuje v současnosti nejčastěji používané léčebné postupy, kromě konzervativní terapie tedy stabilizaci tahovou cerkláží, háčkovou dlahou a implantátem TightRope, a jejich specifické požadavky na rehabilitační péči. Dále předkládá vhodný postup rehabilitace ramenního pletence a výběr konkrétních prvků z fyzioterapeutických metod proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace, spirální stabilizace páteře a kineziotape. Závěr práce je doplněn o kazuistiku.. -- Abstract: The present bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the acute luxation of acromioclavicular joint. It presents the most commonly used treatment methods, that is apart from a conservative type of therapy a tension band wiring technique, hook plate fixation and the TightRope implant, and their specific requirements for rehabilitation care. The thesis also discusses a suitable procedure for the rehabilitation of the shoulder girdle and the selection of specific physiotherapeutic methods, which include proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, spiral stabilization of the spine and kinesiotape. The conclusion of the thesis contains a case report.
