Pacientům byly podány dotazníky bolesti, konkrétně Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Dotazník interference bolesti s denními aktivitami (DIBDA) a mapa bolesti. Studie se zúčastnilo celkem 45 dobrovolníků, kteří byli rozděleni do tří skupin. Jednalo se o 15 pacientů s bolestmi dolní části zad s kořenovým syndromem, 15 pacientů s bolestmi dolní části zad bez kořenového syndromu a 15 osob bez algického syndromu. Připorovnání pacientů s bolestmi dolní části zad s kořenovým syndromem a osob s bolestmi dolní části zad bez kořenového syndromu statisticky významný rozdíl prokázán nebyl. U skupin pacientů s bolestmi dolní části zad s kořenovým syndromem a u osob s bolestmi dolní části zad bez kořenového syndromu byly hodnoceny výsledky dotazníku Oswestry Disability Index. Ty u obou uvedených skupin odpovídaly střednímu stupni disability. The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the patients with low back pain with radicular syndrome and without radicular syndrome. Probands wereexamined by means ofpressure algometry, where pain threshold in the paravertebral lumbar spine muscles was detected in L4, L5 and S1 radicular zones on the lower limbs and in the checking points on the upper limbs. The proband evaluation was supplemented by kinesiological examination and motor control tests. The patients were provided with pain questionnaires, namely the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), theQuestionnaire of Pain Interference with Daily Activities(DIBDA), and the Pain Map. The study was attended by a total of 45 volunteers who were divided into three groups. These were 15 patients with low back pain with radicularsyndrome, 15 patients with low back pain without radicular syndrome and 15 persons without algic syndrome. A statistically significant difference in pressure algometry has been found in the patients with low back pain with radicular syndrome as well as without radicular syndrome compared to the healthy individuals. Compared to the patients with low back pain with radicular syndrome and those with low back pain without radicular syndrome, a statistically significant difference has not been demonstrated. The frequencies of the correct and incorrect performance of the movement control tests were monitored for each group. In the group of healthy individuals, 27 % of the probands performed the tests incorrectly; in the group of patients with low back pain without radicular syndrome, 73 % of the cases were incorrect; in the low back pain group with radicular syndrome, 80% of the individuals performed the tests incorrectly. The results of the Oswestry Disability Index have been evaluated for the groups of patients with low back pain with radicular syndrome and those with low back pain without radicular syndrome. These in both groups corresponded to the middle degree of disability.
