(24 791 znaků) : tab. + CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Yvetta Vrublová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou praktické výuky v klinickém prostředí z pohledu žáků a absolventů. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, části teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část vymezuje základní terminologii, přibližuje danou legislativu a informuje o výuce a kompetencích zdravotnického asistenta. Praktická část popisuje metodiku výzkumu, charakterizuje výzkumný soubor a organizaci výzkumu, uvádí získaná data a jejich zpracování. Dále uvádí výsledky výzkumu a diskuzi, kde jsou srovnávána zjištěná fakta se současným stavem zkoumané problematiky. Závěrem jsou navrženy možnosti ke zlepšení praktické výuky v klinických podmínkách.. -- Abstract: The diploma thesis deals with the issue of practical teaching in the clinical environment from the point of view of pupils and graduates. The thesis consists of two main parts, theoretical and research. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology, approximates the given legislation and informs about the teaching and competencies of the health care assistant. The practical part describes the methodology of the research, characterizes the research group and the organization of the research, the acquired data and their processing. It also presents the results of the research and the discussion, where the established facts are compared with the current status of the examined issues. Finally, there are ways to improve practical training in clinical settings.
