Cílem této práce je soubor video materiálů, které díky názorné ukázce pomohou plavci k pochopení a zlepšení techniky plaveckého stylu motýlek. V první časti popisuji historický vývoj motýlka, zákonitosti vodního prostředí, technologii materiálu a teorii techniky plaveckého způsobu motýlek. V praktické části je uvedený sborník vybraných technických cvičení, na který navazuje CD s video materiály technických cvičení zaměřeném na zlepšení techniky plaveckého stylu motýlek. Videa byla zpracována pomocí programu Windows Movie Maker.The aim of this work is a set of video materials that will help swimmers to understand and improve the techniques of swimming-style butterfly. In the first part I describe the historical development of the butterfly, the laws of the aquatic environment, the technology of material and the theory of the technique of the swimming method of butterfly. In the practical part is presented a collection of selected technical exercises, which is followed by a CD with video materials of technical exercises aimed at improving the techniques of bowling style swimming. Videos were created at program Windows Movie Maker.
