Diplomová práce se zabývá bydlením seniorů v olomouckých Domech s pečovatelskou službou. Cílem bylo zjistit míru využití pomoci pečovatelských služeb obyvateli těchto domů. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou stárnutí a změnami které toto období doprovázejí a životním stylem seniorů. Dále se práce věnuje možnostem bydlení seniorů a blíže specifikuje Domy s pečovatelskou službou, jejich nájemníky, možnosti a podmínky využití pečovatelských, ošetřovatelských, asistenčních a jiných služeb. Empirická část obsahuje popis a výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo prováděno kvantitativní i kvalitativní metodou, na základě kterých byla zjišťována míra využití služeb obyvateli v DPS a názory sociálních pracovníků na tento typ bydlení.This thesis is focused on Assisted Senior Housing situation in Olomouc. The purpose was to find out how many people living in assisted senior houses take advantage of care services available to them. The Theoretical part of this thesis deals with the difficulties of ageing and the changes it brings. This theses is furthermore focused on the scope of senior housing and brings detailed specifications of assisted senior housing, their tenants, possibilities and terms and conditions of the usage of nursing services, care services, assistance services and other services. The empirical part of this work contains specifications and results of a research survey which had been utilized by using quantitative and qualitative methods. Services use frequency by the tenants of assisted senior houses, and social workers opinions to this type of housing was based on this survey.
