Tato práce se zabývá česko-německým soužitím v Hněvotíně, především v období 19. a 20. století. Hněvotín patřil do řady vesnic, které tvořily takzvaný olomoucký jazykový ostrov, v kterém od středověku pobývalo německé obyvatelstvo. V 19. století se tu projevil vzrůstající nacionalismus a vztahy Čechů a Němců se značně přiostřily. Práce obsahuje také rozhovory s českými a dokonce i německými pamětníky, kteří zažili dvojnárodnostní soužití v této hanácké vsi.This bachelor thesis focuses on the problematic of the cohabitation of Czechs and Germans in Hněvotín mainly in the 19th and 20th century time period. Hněvotín, and other ten villages, created a German language island, the centre of which was located in Olomouc. Ever since the middle Ages, there were German inhabitants in Hněvotín, and their populace gradually started to grow. The 19th century was marked with the first serious conflicts between the two nationalities. This work contains also interviews with Czech and German witnesses.
