První část, konkrétně úvod, popisuje, co jsou to sinice. Popisuje stavbu jejich vláken a speciální případy buněk či rozmnožování. Ve stručnosti nás seznamuje s diverzitou sinic a místy, kde se tyto organismy mohou vyskytovat. Druhá část nás seznamuje s metodikou práce s dostupnými vzorky, jejich uchování, izolace a popisem lokalit, kde byly vzorky pro tuto diplomovou práci odebrány. Následující kapitola obsahuje popisy jednotlivých kmenů, které se podařilo čistě vyizolovat. Obsahuje také fotografickou dokumentaci v jednotlivých typech médií a naměřené hodnoty. Fotografická dokumentace obsahuje makro a mikro fotografie. Poslední část je diskuze a závěr celé této diplomové práce.. -- Abstract: The goal of this thesis is to compare the effects of solutions with various concentrations of nutrients on the chosen cyanobacteria of Kamerun. The first part, namely the introduction describes what cyanobacteria are, the construction of their filaments and special cases of reproduction or cells. It also briefly familiarizes us with the diversity of cyanobacteria and locations of their occurence. The second part introduces the methodology of work with the available samples, their conservation, isolation and description of localities where the samples used for this thesis were taken from. the following chapter contains a description of each phylum that was cleanly isolated in success. It also includes a photographical documentation of measured values in each type of medium. This documentation consists of both macro and microphotograpy. The last part is a discussion and the conclusion of the whole thesis.
