Dans ce mémoire de licence, on analyse ces deux organisations en détail, afin de voir quelles en sont les différentes caractéristiques. Un autre objectif est l'analyse de fonctionnement, influence et de la fonction. Le mémoire de licence est basé sur l'analyse comparative des deux organisations en vue de leurs caract?res identiques et distincts. Ce travail donne l'aperçu cohérent qui peut ?tre utilisé pour une orientation rapide dans l'affaire.. -- Abstract: The aim of this thesis called The Comparison between The Organization international de la Francophonie and the Commonwealth is to outline their running, functions and influence. It also closely focuses on the principles on which they work and on the purpose they were established. The practical part consists in a comparative analysis of both of the organizations focusing on their common and distinctive features. It seeks to provide a brief, yet comprehensive overview enabling a quick orientation to this topic.
