Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza žurnalistického poslania a tvorby latinskoamerického spisovateľa Gabriela Garcíu Márqueza. Prvá časť práce je zameraná na život a udalosti, ktoré autora formovali v jeho tvorbe. Vďaka pohľadu iných žurnalistov z okolia Garcíu Márqueza, sme schopní pozrieť sa na jeho tvorbu aj z iného uhla. Ďalej sa sústredíme na bližšiu charakteristiku žánrov ako je literárna kronika a svedectvo, pretože znaky týchto žánrov v nasledujúcej časti práce hľadáme v dielach La aventura de Miguel Littín clandestino en Chile a Noticia de un secuestro. Potom sme schopní rozlíšiť tieto žánre medzi sebou a tak zaradiť jednotlivé diela k nim. Zistili sme, že García Márquez tieto diela, ktoré sú založené na skutočnej udalosti, dokáže spracovať každé v inom žánre a neocitnúť sa tak na hranici medzi dvoma žánrami. Každé z analyzovaných diel má však žurnalistický základ.The aim of this thesis is an analysis of a work and a journalistic vocation of a Latin-American writer, Gabriel García Márquez. The first part is aimed on his life and events that participated in the formation of his professional profile. Thanks to the views of other members of journalistic profession, we can evaluate his work from the different perspectives. In the next part of this thesis we focus on the characterization of these genders, highlighting their most important features. These features served as cornerstones in analysis of the work La aventura de Miguel Littín clandestino en Chile and Noticia de un secuestro, and were used to assign these works to a correct gender. We found out, that García Márquez is able to process these works, based on real events, in different genders without mixing the two different genders. Each of the work has a journalistic base.
