Práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou zamokřených půd a s nimi spojené stavy hypoxie a anoxie. Dále jsou rozebrány typy aerenchymu, jejich vznik, stresové prostředí rostlin, stavba kořene trav a popis chrastice rákosovité (Phalaris arundinacea). V další části práce je uveden postup vytvoření umělého stanoviště pro tuto rostlinu, jeho průběh a konečný postup, při kterém byly odebrány vzorky. V práci jsou dále uvedeny výsledky z odebraných kořenů z uměle vytvořeného prostředí chrastice. Výsledky uvádí srovnání tří režimů, které byly vystaveny třem různým režimům po dobu 12 týdnů. Práce přináší srovnání výsledků v zastoupení aerenchymu ve třech různých režimech.The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the issue of water logged lands and with two closely related statuses hypoxia and anoxia. Furthermore, there are described types of aerenchyma, their origin, stressful plants environment, grass root structure and description of reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea). The practical part of the thesis describes a process of creation an artificial habitats for this plant, its course and a final process in which some samples have been taken. The thesis presents results of these root samples of reed canary grass from the artificial environment. The results show the comparison of three regimes which have been exposed to three different regimes for twelve weeks. Finally, the thesis brings the result's comparison in aerechyma in three different regimes.
