Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat možnosti podpory florbalu v České republice na příkladu florbalového oddílu FBS Olomouc. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní popis florbalu (historický vývoj, základní pravidla, materiálové vybavení apod.) a rozbor potenciálních možností finanční podpory v České republice. Výzkumná část práce charakterizuje změny v podpoře florbalového oddílu FBS Olomouc v časovém horizontu 10 let. Z výsledků vyplývá, že spolu se zvyšující se oblibou florbalu se také zvyšuje finanční podpora klubu. Podpora od vlastní členské základny, územní samosprávy nebo sportovních organizací vykazuje mírně pozitivní tendenci, zatímco velký potenciál je stále u partnerů. Předložená práce je využitelná pro stávající kluby jako inspirace možných materiální i finanční zdrojů, a také i jako praktická příručka pro založení nového florbalového oddílu.The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to characterize the support options of floorball in the Czech Republic on the example of floorball club FBS Olomouc. The theoretical part is focused on basic description of floorball (historical development, basic rules, and material equipment, etc.) and analysis of potential funding possibilities in the Czech Republic. The research part describes the changes in support of the floorball club FBS Olomouc in the time horizon of 10 years. The results show that with the increased popularity of floorball also increasing the financial support of the club. Support from own membership base, local authorities and sports organizations showed a slightly positive trend, while it is still great potential for funding from the partners. The paper is useful for existing clubs as an inspiration for possible material and financial resources, as well as a practical guide for setting up a new floorball club.
