Tato magisterská práce se primárně zabývá vybranými zdroji andragogiky jako vědecké disciplíny, sleduje vývojový společensko-historicko-geografický kontext s dalšími humanitními vědeckými disciplínami se zaměřením na pedagogiku, filosofii, etiku, teologii, psychologii, antropologii a kulturu v obecnějším pojetí. Z jednotlivých vědeckých disciplín jsou vybrány ukázky náhledů vybraných autorů se snahou dokladovat transdisciplinaritu andragogiky při zacílení na formaci, výchovu a vzdělávání člověka. Andragogika je zde prokazována jako sice historicky mladá disciplína, avšak s dlouhými vývojovými kořeny, která teoreticky i instrumentálně završuje odvěké úsilí a snahu po vzdělání dospělých lidí. Metodou k vypracování této magisterské práce je zpracování zdrojových materiálů - literatury a využití poznatků ze studia vztahujícího se k problematice motivu, důvodu a smyslu kontinuální lidské snahy po vzdělání. Motivem a mottem této práce je pevná důvěra v odkázaná pobídnutí: "Scientia vincere tenebris, scientia nobilitat vědění vítězí nad temnotou, vědění zušlechťuje.This master thesis is primarily focused on chosen sources of andragogy as a science. It monitors the evolution of the social-historical-geographical context in respect to the other scientific disciplines with focus on pedagogy, philosophy, ethics, theology, psychology, anthropology and culture in its broader sense. Chosen examples of selected authors from individual disciplines try to provide evidence for the transdisciplinarity of the above mentioned disciplines in formation, upbringing and education of humans. Although andragogy is shown as a historically young discipline nevertheless with long roots, which both theoretically and instrumentally completes the age-old effort for education of adults. Methodology for this master thesis is processing of the source materials both literature and utilization of knowledge acquired from studies of motives, reasons and the sense of continuous human effort for education. The motive and motto of this this is the strong trust in the legacy: "Scientia vincere tenebris, scientia nobilitat conquering darkness with science, knowledge refines.
