(79 845 znaků) + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Hynek Melichar. -- Abstract: Cílem této práce je popsat historický vývoj konfliktu v Severním Irsku a analyzovat vliv ideologií nové levice a marxismu na vývoj konfliktu v jeho počátečních letech. Dále je cílem definovat levicový terorismus, který se vyskytoval v západoevropských zemích od přelomu šedesátých a sedmdesátých let dvacátého století a porovnat jej s terorismem v Severním Irsku. První část práce je teoretickým rámcem. V této části je vysvětlena problematika terorismu a iredenty. Druhá část práce je historickým exkurzem do dějin konfliktu od jeho počátků do uzavření míru v roce 1998. Ve třetí části práce je analyzován vliv nové levice a marxismu na vývoj konfliktu v jeho počátečních letech. Dále je v této části definován evropský levicový terorismus a je porovnán se severoirským terorismem. V této práci jsem využil analytickou, deskriptivní a komparativní metodu. Analýzou vlivu dvou výše zmíněných ideologií jsem zjistil, že ideologie nové levice měla zásadní vliv v počátcích konfliktu a ideologie marxismu měla zásadní vliv na rozštěpení Irské republikánské armády a na rozdílné vize řešení konfliktu v jeho počátcích.. -- Abstract: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the historical development of the conflict in Northern Ireland and analyze the influence of the ideology of Marxism and the New left in the development of the conflict in its early years. Another aim is to define a left-wing terrorism that occured in Wester Europe since late sixties and seventies of the twentieth century and compare it with terrorism in Northern Ireland. The first part of this thesis is a theoretical framework. In this part are explained issues of terrorism and irredentism. The second part is a historical excursion into the history of the conflict from its very beginnings to the peace agreement in 1998. In the third part is analyzed the influence of the ideology of Marxism and the New left in the development of the conflict in its early years. In this part is also defined European left-wing terrorism and is compared with Northern Irish terrorism. In this bachelor thesis I have used analytical, descriptive and comparative method. By analysis of the influence of these two ideologies I found out that the ideology of the New Left had a major impact in the early days of the conflict and the ideology of Marxism had a significant impact on the splitting of the Irish Republican Army and diferent visions for solving the conflict in its early days.
