(145 937 znaků) : tab. + CD. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Kučera. -- Abstract: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké je současné postavení čínské menšiny v české společnosti. K zodpovězení této otázky bylo na problematiku nahlíženo ze tří perspektiv. Práce nejprve na menšinu pohlíží skrz analýzu platných právních předpisů, které přímo vymezují pobyt Číňanů v České republice. Dále prostřednictvím statistických dat zkoumá rozložení menšiny právě v souvislosti s legislativním vymezením. A nakonec si skrz kvalitativní obsahovou analýzu článků čínských novin Jiehua tongxun všímá témat a důrazu, jaký je kladen na informace vztahující se přímo k menšině. V závěru ukazuje vzájemnou souvislost mezi těmito perspektivami a formuluje výsledky.. -- Abstract: The aim of this Master's thesis was to find out what the current status of Chinese minority in Czech society is like. In order to answer this question the issue was viewed from three perspectives. At first, the minority was viewed through an analysis of existing legal regulations that directly define the stay of Chinese in the Czech Republic. Then, through statistical data, the distribution of minorities was examined, specifically in connection with legislative definition. Finally, through qualitative content analysis of newspaper articles Chinese Jiehua tongxun, a special attention was paid to themes and emphasis on information directly related to the minority. The conclusion shows the relation among these perspectives and formulates results.
