Vliv anestezie na exekutivní funkce a vybrané kognitivní funkce [rukopis] / Eva Kovářová. -- 2015. -- 72. -- Ved. práce Radko Obereignerů. -- Oponent Zuzana Sedláčková. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem celkové anestezie na exekutivní funkce a vybrané kognitivní funkce u dospělé populace. Práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabýváme celkovou anestezii a pooperačním kognitivním deficitem, exekutivními funkcemi, kognitivními funkcemi a také vyšetřením těchto funkcí. Ve výzkumné práci shrnujeme výsledky šetření. Předpokládali jsme úbytek exekutivních a kognitivních funkcí v období po celkové anestezii. Testování bylo prováděno u pacientů podstupujících plánovanou celkovou anestezii. Pacienti byli otestování před celkovou anestezii a poté v období 72 hodin po celkové anestezii. K hodnocení byl použit Test Hanojské věže, Krátký test všeobecné inteligence, Test verbální fluence a Nemocniční škála úzkosti a deprese. Pomocí statistických metod jsme vyhodnotili získaná data. Na jejich základě můžeme tvrdit, že u dospělé populace má celková anestezie negativní dopad na exekutivní funkce a kognitivní funkce.. -- Abstract: This thesis examines the influence of anesthesia on executive functions and selected cognitive function in adults population. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with general anesthesia and postoperative cognitive deficit. Executive functions, cognitive functions, and also the assessment of these functions. The research summarizes the results of the investigation. We assumed loss of executive and cognitive functions in the period after general anesthesia. Testing was performed in patients undergoing planned general anesthesia. Patients were tested prior to general anesthesia, and then during 72 hours after anesthesia. The evaluation test was used Tower of Hanoi, Short test of general intelligence, Verbal fluency test and the Hospital anxiety and depression scale. Using statistic methods, we evaluated the obtained data. Based on this, we can say that in adult population general anesthesia has negative effect on executive function and cognitive function.
