V analytické části autorka aplikovala teoretické poznatky na vybranou sociální skupinu. Výzkum je postaven na metodě analýzy časového snímku, podloženého dotazníkovým šetřením. Tímto byla analyzována úroveň time managementu u vysokoškolských studentů z organizace AIESEC Olomouc ve srovnání se studenty téže vysoké školy. Vyhodnocení se zaměřuje na vliv prostředí organizace AIESEC na time management studentů.. -- Abstract: In the first part of this work, there is a definition of time management. It mentions crucial principles. In analytical part author applied theoretical findings on selected social group. The research is based on method of analysis of time picture, which is grounded on a questionnaire survey. This way was analysed the level of time management among academic students from organization AIESEC Olomouc and just students of the same university. The assessment is focused on influence of AIESEC?s environment on time management of students.
