Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. Teoretická část je věnována procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců zejména se zaměřením na nové trendy a agenturní techniky. Součástí je i charakterizace personálních agentur a prostředí různých společností v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá metodami a technikami využívanými v personální agentuře a jejich následným využití v prostředí konkrétní české společnosti. Cílem je optimalizace stávajících metod a technik a návrh nových možností vytvořených aplikací teoretických poznatků dostupných z příslušné odborné literatury a použitím metod využívaných v personální agentuře.. -- Abstract: The thesis is focused on the methods and techniques of recruitment and selection of staff. The work is divided into seven chapters. The theoretical part is devoted to the process of recruitment and selection of employees, particularly focusing on new trends and technology of employment agencies. It also includes a characterization of recruitment agencies and environments of various companies in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with methods and techniques used by staffing agencies and their subsequent use in environments of specific czech company. The aim is to optimize the existing methods and techniques and the design of new possibilities created by the application of theoretical knowledge available from the literature and from methods in personnel agency.
