Čínské ústavy po roce 1949 [rukopis] / Jakub Kopecký. -- 2013. -- 67 s. : schémata. -- Ved. práce Ondřej Kučera. -- Abstract: Čínská lidová republika se dnes řadí mezi světové supervelmoci a její vliv sahá do všech koutů světa. Tomu tak ale nebylo vždy. Ještě v minulém století se zmítala vlivem střetu cizích i vnitrostátních mocností v chaosu, jaký za dobu tisíců let své existence nepamatovala. Tento boj nakonec v polovině minulého století do čela státu vynesl Komunistickou stranu Číny, která svým diktátem ovlivňuje tvář Číny dodnes. Přesto, že je režim Číny považován za autoritářský, základním zákonem státu je ústava. Ve své bakalářské práci je mým cílem utřídit jednotlivé sekce prvních ústav do logických celků a srovnat je s historickými souvislostmi. Studium těchto ústav nám může jednak pomoci pochopit chod nejlidnatějšího státu na světě a také nám může pomoci zjistit, jakým způsobem se čínská ústavnost vyvíjela.. -- Abstract: Nowadays, the People´s Republic of China is one of the world's superpowers, and it has influence in every part of the world. But, this wasn´t always the case. In the last century due to a clash of foreign and national forces, China was struggling in a chaos the likes of which it had not seen in its thousands of years of history. In the middle of the last century this fight eventually brought the Communist party of China to its post of leadership in China. Thus, this party's dictatorship influences the face of China up to this day. Even though China's regime is considered authoritarian, the fundamental law of this state is its constitution. In my bachelor thesis my goal is to sort out the individual sections of first constitutions into a logical complex, and compare them with historical context. Research of these constitutions may help us to better understand the way the most populated country on Earth works, and may also help us to find out more about the developement of the Chinese constitution.
