Charakter výkonu seniorů v testech figurální a verbální fluence [rukopis] / Barbora Krtičková. -- 2014. -- 141 s. : grafy, tab. -- Oponent Radko Obereignerů. -- Ved. práce Martin Lečbych. -- Abstract: Práce se zabývá charakteristikou výkonu seniorů v testech figurální a verbální fluence. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku stárnutí, stáří, syndromu demence a koncept mírné kognitivní poruchy - MCI, dále charakterizuje kognitivní, exekutivní a frontální funkce a v souvislosti s nimi také Addenbrookský kognitivní test a testy verbální a figurální fluence, jakožto možné diagnostické nástroje. Ve výzkumné části je prostřednictvím souboru 131 osob, který je následně rozdělen do tří skupin dvou neklinických a jedné klinické, popisován výkon seniorů v testech fluence. Sledovány jsou rozdíly a souvislosti ve výkonu mezi jednotlivými skupinami seniorů a také mezi věkem, vzděláním a výkony v testech.. -- Abstract: This work deals with the performance characteristics of seniors in tests of figural and verbal fluency. The theoretical part focuses on the issues of aging, old age, dementia and mild cognitive impairment concept - MCI, further characterized by cognitive, and frontal executive function and in connection with them Addenbrooke´s cognitive test and tests of verbal and figural fluency as a possible diagnostic tool. The investigation is through a set of 131 persons, which is then divided into three groups - one of two non-clinical and clinical, described the performance of seniors in tests fluence. We observed differences in performance and respect between different groups of seniors and also between age, education and test performance.
