Diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním, jakou roli má nevlastní rodič z pohledu dítěte. Konceptuální část objasňuje význam rodiny, rodičovské role a osamělého rodičovství. Poté jsou popsány příčiny neúplnosti rodiny a následný vznik doplněné rodiny. Závěr konceptuální části je věnován příchodu nevlastního rodiče. Výzkumná část představuje případové studie tří dětí ve věku mladší adolescence, kterým vstoupil do života nevlastní rodič. Byly identifikovány repertoáry nevlastního otcovství a nevlastního mateřství u jednotlivých případových studií. Jsou jimi především: nevlastní otec jako partner matky, nevlastní otec jako partner v aktivitě, nevlastní otec jako autorita, nevlastní matka jako autorita.The aim of this master's thesis is to find out the importance of a stepparent role from the child's perspective. The theoretical part explains the significance of family, parental role and lone parenthood. This part further describes the causes of single parenthood and the subsequent formation of supplemented family. The end of this part is dedicated to the arrival of a stepparent into the family. The practical part presents case studies of three children in their teens to whom the stepparent came to life. Moreover, the functions of fatherhood as well as motherhood are identified in these case studies and these are mainly: a stepfather as the partner of a mother, a stepfather as the partner in the activity, a stepfather as an authority and a stepmother as an authority.
