The aim of this thesis was to describe the therapy of patients suffering from chronic ankle instability via using instable plates. To describe results objectively we decided to use posturographic method. The experimental group included 10 patients with mentioned diagnosis, whose postural reactions were monitored before and after a 6-week-therapy. The results show slight improvement of the latency and average standard deviation of the used tests. According to the results we describe the therapy as beneficial, although the differences were under the level of statistical significance.
