Hlavní tématem práce je pojem mladá dospělost a její souvislost spolupráce pachatelů trestné činnosti s probačními úředníky. Práce se zabývá pojmem mladá dospělost, zejména role tohoto období, také pojmem restorativní justice a probace. Je zde popsána historie Probační a mediační služby, její cíle, činnost, a poslání. Dále práce popisuje jednotlivé agendy probace a další související alternativní tresty.. -- Abstract: Bachelor thesis "Probate role throughout the dealing with young adults" discusses the influence of young adulthood in crime and subsequent cooperation with the Probation and Mediation Service. The main topic of this work is the notion of young adulthood and its relation to the cooperation of offenders with probation officers. This work deals with the concept of young adulthood, especially with the roles of this period, also with the concept of restorative justice and probation. There is described history of the Probation and Mediation Service, its objectives, activities and mission. It also describes the different agendas of probation and other related alternative punishments.
