Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální službě Domov se zvláštním režimem. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny pojmy ze sociální oblasti sociální služba, ústavní péče, transformace, deinstitualizace. Druhá kapitola pojednává o duševních poruchách, jejich kvalifikaci a diagnostice. Třetí kapitola se věnuje Domovu se zvláštním režimem, jeho charakteristice, poslání, cílové skupině, standardům kvality. Ve čtvrté kapitole je nastíněn projekt, ve kterém budou vybudovány nové sociální služby. Poslední kapitola se věnuje výzkumnému šetření. Cílem práce bylo zjistit spokojenost uživatelů v Domově se zvláštním režimem a připravenost uživatelů na vstup do nově vybudované služby chráněné bydlení.The thesis deals with the social service Home with special regime. In the first chapter are defined in terms of the social sphere social services, institutional care, transformation, deinstitualizace. The second chapter discusses the mental disorders, their skills and their diagnosis. The third chapter is dedicated to Home with special regime, its characteristics, mission, audience, quality standards. In the fourth chapter is outlined the project. Which will be the new social services. The last chapter is dedicated to the research of the investigation. The aim of the work was to determine user satisfaction in a home with a special regime and the readiness of the users on the entrance to the newly built service protected housing.
