Práce se také zabývá reakcemi zaměstnanců na zavedení těchto dokumentů a jejich dalším rozvojem. Všechny personální dokumenty se váží ke konkrétní firmě a jsou vytvářeny dle požadavků majitele firmy. V závěru je zde shrnut přínos personální dokumentace, procesy, kterými se začala firma zabývat a směr, kterým se chce dále firma vydat.. -- Abstract: This thesis describes the production of documents relevant to human resources and employee management in the company XY. This work also deals with the reactions of employees to the introduction of these documents and their further development. All personnel documents are related to a particular company and are created with the input and co-operation of the owner of the company. In conclusion, it summarizes the contribution of personnel documentation processes to the companies overall management structure and the underpinning of its existing processes,thus providing a positive influence on the future direction of the company.
