Hlavním cílem je prohlubující se vztah hlavních postav ve třech vybraných scénách. Teoretická část se zabývá historií, jak bylo psaní Austenové ovlivněno její rodinou, také vlivem prostředí na hlavní postavy a shrnuje základní fakta obou adaptací. Praktická část se zaměřuje na rozdíly mezi knihou a adaptacemi. Hlavním kritériem jsou znaky vzájemné zamilovanosti mezi panem Darcym a Elizabeth.. -- Abstract: The bachelor thesis compares two Pride and Prejudice adaptations with the original novel by Jane Austen. The main aim is to follow the growing relationship of the two main characters within three chosen scenes. The theoretical part contains the historical background to the story, the influence of Jane Austen's family in her writing and the influence of the settings on the main characters, also includes facts about both adaptations. The practical part concentrates on the main differences between the novel and the adaptations; the main criterion being the signs of the growing amorousness between Mr Darcy and Elizabeth.
