Diplomová práce pojednává o ojedinělém projektu Vesničky soužití, který funguje již 10 let. Tento projekt prezentuje funkční model soužití romského a neromského obyvatelstva v Ostravě. Práce se zaměřuje na teoretické informace o sociálním vyloučení, sociální práci s komunitou a projektu Vesnička soužití. Práce také obsahuje názory obyvatel a pracovníků Vesničky soužití na vzájemnou spolupráci, poskytované sociální služby a život ve Vesničce. Získané informace budou předány vedení Vesničky soužití a mohou být použity ke zlepšení komunitní práce.The thesis discusses the unique project Coexistence Village, which has been operating for 10 years. This project presents a functional model for the coexistence of Roma and non-Roma in Ostrava. The work focuses on the theoretical information on social exclusion, social work with the community and the project Coexistence Village. Work also includes views of residents and workers of the Coexistence Village on mutual cooperation, provided social services and life in the village. The information collected will be forwarded to the management of the Coexistence Village and can be used to improve the community work
