V teoretické části je zahrnuta patofyziologie spasticity, klinické projevy spasticity, diagnostiké metody pro ozřejmění spasticity, léčba a následná rehabilitace. Diskuze je zaměřena na účinnost hodnocení spasticity pomocí Ashworthovy (MAS) a Tardieuho škály (MTS). Dále na bezpečnost a účinnost Botulotoxinu při léčbě spasticity. A nakonec na možnosti ovlivnění spasticity pomocí fyzioterapie, fyzikální terapie a vybranými alternativními metodami. Cílem této práce je komplexní seznámení čtenáře se spasticitou a její problematikou.. -- Abstract: The thesis focouses on spasticity. In the theoretical part includes pathophysiology of spasticity, clinical manifestations of spasticity, diagnostic possibilities, therapy and subsequent rehabilitation. The discussion focouses on the effectiveness the Ashwotrth MAS and Tardieu scale (MTS) in the evaluation of spasticity. Next the discussion focouses on the safety and efficacy of botulinum toxin in the treatment of spasticity. Finally the discussion focouses on the possibility of influencing the spasticity to using physiotherapy, physical therapy and selected alternative methods. The objective of the thesis is a complex presentation to readers of spasticity and her problems.
