Hlavním cílem této přehledové bakalářské práce bylo shrnout co nejvíce poznatků k problematice mechanické srdeční podpory a možnosti jejího využití při terapii terminálního stadia srdečního selhání a ošetřovatelské pooperační péče. První část popisuje problematiku srdečního selhání obecně jeho etiologii, symptomatologii a diagnostiku. Druhá část je věnována možnostem využití mechanické srdeční podpory, jejím základním dělením a popisem funkce v lidském organizmu. Třetí část se zabývá specifiky ošetřovatelské pooperační péče o pacienty po implantaci mechanické srdeční podporyThe main objective of this survey was to summarize the thesis as much information on the issue of mechanical cardiac support and the possibility of its use in the treatment of terminal stage of heart failure and post-operative nursing care. The first part focused on the issue of heart failure in general its etiology, symptomatology and diagnosis. The second part is devoted to the use of mechanical cardiac support, its basic description of the division and function in the human body. The third part deals with the specifics of post-operative nursing care of patients after implantation of mechanical cardiac support.
