Na základě výsledků doporučen praktický postup při záchytu jednotlivých abnormalitThe thesis evaluates 486 Dopplerometric measurements performed in 77 newborns with hypotrophy of placental origin at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of the University Hospital in Olomouc from July 1,2006 to June 30,2009. Dynamic follow-up was aimed to the occurence of Dopplerometric abnormalities in fetal vessels, especially in the venous duct, compared with perinatal outcome. On the basis of results was recommended practical management of Doppler abnormalities.
