Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem turecko-izraelských vztahů od 90. let 20. století do současnosti. Autorka vysvětluje změny ve vztazích Turecka a Izraele použitím sekuritizačního a desekuritizačního přístupu. Sleduje především strategicko-bezpečnostní vztahy. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vlivu turecké armády na upevňování vazeb mezi oběma zeměmi. Zmiňuje také roli izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu ve vývoji těchto vztahů a jejich dopady na státy Blízkého východu. Napětí v turecko-izraelských vztazích bylo způsobeno přijetím nové strategie zahraniční politiky po nástupu vlády AKP k moci v roce 2002. Na příkladu incidentu v Davosu a krize s flotilou do Gazy autorka dokládá reorientaci turecké zahraniční politiky.This master thesis focuses on development in Turkish-Israeli relations from the 1990s to present. The author explains changes in relations between Turkey and Israel by applying the securitization and desecuritization approach. It follows particularly strategic and security relations. Special attention is given to the influence of the Turkish army in strengthening of mutual ties. In the thesis, there in also mentioned the role of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and impact of these relations on the states of the Middle East. Tensions in Turkish-Israeli relations were caused by accepting a new foreign policy strategy after AKP´s party rise into power in 2002. On the case of Davos incident and Gaza Flotilla Crisis the author illustrates reorientation in Turkish foreign policy.
