Po aktivaci receptoru kalcitriolem byl zjištěn statisticky významný pokles hladiny mRNA pro UDP-glukuronosyl transferasu a indukce po působení resveratrolu.UDP-glucuronosyl transferase 2B7 is biotransformation enzyme which metabolises very many exogenous and endogenous compounds. The greates expression of this enzyme was detected in the liver, but its presence has been confirmed in the intestinal tissue, as well as the receptor for vitamin D, which is highly expressed in large quantities in the intestinal tissue. This work has focused on the examination of the possible influence of the activated vitamin D receptor on UDP-glucuronosyl transferase 2B7. Three concentration of calcitriol were used to represent the three conditions (hypovitaminosis, physiological level and hypervitaminosis) of the organism and the natural antioxidant resveratrol as an inductor, occurring in a number of daily consumed foods. The expression of UDP-glucuronosyl transferases 2B7 was examined in two times (during 24h and 48h) for an intestinal cancer line. After the receptor activation by calcitriol a statistically significant decrease was detected a statistically significant decrease in the levels of mRNA for UDP-glucuronosyl transferases and the induction stimulated by resveratrol.
