Magisterská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komunitně orientovaný program a komunitu v lokalitě Znojmo-Hradiště. Cílem práce je ve vymezené komunitě vytvořit návrh komunitně orientovaného programu, jehož součástí jsou konkrétní akce. Tento návrh je vytvořen na základě terénního průzkumu a analýzy a identifikace potřeb s ohledem na zdroje, problematiku a potřeby komunity. Návrh komunitně orientovaného programu je zaměřen na zlepšení vztahů mezi členy z komunity, tj. mezi Domovem pro matky a otce v tísni a obyvateli Znojmo-Hradiště, a na zvýšení informovanosti o sociální službě.Master's thesis is focused on community oriented program and community in Znojmo-Hradiště area. The aim of this work is to make design of community oriented program in defined community. Design of community oriented program includes specific action. The design is made on based of filed research and analysis and identification needs. Resources, problems and needs of community were taken to account. Design of community oriented program is focused on improving relations between members of community, i.e. Shelter for mother and father in distress and residents of Znojmo-Hradiště, and on increase awareness of social service.
