Vybrané manažerské techniky a jejich aplikace ve škole [rukopis] / Květoslava Paláková. -- 2012. -- 59 stran : tab. -- Oponent Lenka Cimbálníková. -- Ved. práce Karel Chadt. -- Abstract: Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou "Manažerské techniky a jejich využití ve školství", s cílem především popsat manažerskou techniku motivace a ověřit, jaké jsou hlavní faktory motivace u ředitelů ve vybraných školách, analyzovat je a zobecnit. Teoretická část práce vychází z dostupné literatury zabývající se pojmy manažerské techniky, jejich dělení a použití, pojmu pracovní motivace a spokojenosti, motivace, stimulace, vlivu motivačního prostředí, motivační faktory a motivační nástroje. Ve druhé empirické části je posuzována motivace ředitelů základních a středních škol, které byly ověřeny formou dotazníkového šetření reprezentativního vzorku ředitelů základních a středních škol z celé České republiky. Výsledky jsem analyzovala a zobecnila. Získané informace mohou být využity ve školství a podkladem pro zlepšení systému motivace ředitelů základních a středních škol, tím i přispět ke zvýšení motivace ředitelů a zkvalitnění jejich práce. -- Abstract: Management techniques and their application in education system are the general theme of my bachelor degree work. The aim of the work is to describe management techniques of motivation, to check what the main factors of motivation for directors in selected schools are and subsequently to analyze these factors and generalise them. The theoretical part is based on relevant literature, dealing with management techniques, their sorting and application, the terms of work motivation and work satisfaction, motivation, stimulation, and the influence of motivational environment, motivational factors and motivational tools. In the second, empirical part motivations of directors of elementary and secondary schools are analyzed. Their motivations were verified by a questionnaire of a representative sample of directors of elementary and secondary schools across the Czech Republic. The results were analyzed and generalized. The results can be used in education system as a base for improving the system of elementary and secondary school directors' motivations and thus contributing to increase the motivation of directors and improve their work.
