U většiny probandů byl nalezen 1 motorický bod ve svalech: m. peroneus longus, m. peroneus brevis, m. gastrocnemius medialis, m. gastrocnemius lateralis, m. rectus femoris, m. vastus medialis, m. extenzor carpi ulnaris, m. extenzor carpi radialis, m. abductor pollicis longus a m. extenzor digitorum. 2 motorické body byly lokalizovány ve většině případů ve svalech: m. tibialis anterior, m. flexor carpi ulnaris, m. flexor carpi radialis, m. flexor digitorum superficialis, m. biceps brachii a m. deltoideus. Pro m. vastus lateralis byly popsány 3 motorické body. Důležitá interindividuální variabilita byla pozorována u motorických bodů ve svalech: m. peroneus longus, m. peroneus brevis,m. rectus femoris, m. vastus lateralis (proximální), m. flexor carpi ulnaris et radialis (distální), m. abductor pollicis longus a m. deltoideus. V průběhu měření byla dále potvrzena rozdílná dráždivost katody a anody. The objective of the thesis was to identify the location and uniformity of motor points position for selected muscles of the upper and lower limb in healthy individuals and to determine ideal position of electrodes during the monopolar and bipolar myostimulation technique. 6 probands at the age of between 22-30 years took part in the research. Motor points were detected in 8 muscles of the lower limb and in 9 muscles of the upper limb, bilaterally. A 10 ms width of the rectangular pulse was used during measuring, with a 1 second follow-up pause. In most probands, 1 motor point was found in the following muscles: m. peroneus longus, m. peroneus brevis, m. gastrocnemius medialis, m. gastrocnemius lateralis, m. rectus femoris, m. vastus medialis, m. extenzor carpi ulnaris, m. extenzor carpi radialis, m. abductor pollicis longus and m. extenzor digitorum. 2 motor points were located in most cases in the following muscles: m. tibialis anterior, m. flexor carpi ulnaris, m. flexor carpi radialis, m. flexor digitorum superficialis, m. biceps brachii and m. deltoideus. In case of m. vastus lateralis, 3 motor points were described. Significant interindividual variability was observed in motor points of the following muscles: m. peroneus longus, m. peroneus brevis, m. rectus femoris, m. vastus lateralis (proximal), m. flexor carpi ulnaris et radialis (distal), m. abductor pollicis longus and m. deltoideus. Also, different sensitiveness of the cathode and the anode was confirmed during measuring
