(bez příloh) : grafy. -- Oponent Jaroslav Šotola. -- Ved. práce Agnieszka Zogata kusz. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou možné diskriminace Romá část přináší vhled do historie Romů, seznamuje čtenáře s legislativou týkající se diskriminace a s polirikou romské integrace, dále popisuje aktuální situaci Romů v oblasti bydlení a uvádí výsedky dvou výkumů mapující diskriminaci |Romů na trhu s bydlením. Cílem práce je poskytnou komplexní pohled na tuto problematiku a především upozornit na překážky a komplikace, se kterými se setkávají Romové při shánění odpovídajícího bydlení. Výzkumná část práce ověřuje domněnku, že někteří soukromí pronajímatelé bytů a zástupci realitních kanceláří mají tendenci romské klienty diskriminovat. Součástí je i návrh možného řešení romské problematiky v oblasti bydlení se zaměřením na město Jihlava.. -- Abstract: This thesis deals with issues of possible discrimination against Romanies concerning the area of housing. The theoretically part of the paper intends to gain an insight into the history of Romany people, informs reads abyout the legislation relatind to the discrimination and abyut the Romany integration policy, after that describes the current situation of Romanies concerning the area of housing and present results of two surveys focusing on the discrimination againt Romanies on the housing market. The aim of thesis is to provide a complex perspective on these issues and mainly to point out obstacles and complications that Romanies encounter while they seek for appropriate housing. The research part of the thesis verifies the surmise that some private landlords of flats and real estate agents tend to discriminate against Romany clients. A suggestion of possible solution of Romany issues concerning the area of housing with the focus on the city of Jihlava is also an integral part of the paper.
