Cílem práce je identifikace narůstajících požadavků na kompetence v ošetřovatelské profesi. Časovými snímky technikou přímého nezúčastněného pozorování byly analyzovány pracovní činnosti u staničních sester jedné z klinik nejmenovaného zdravotnického zařízení. Získané informace byly validovány technikou expertních rozhovorů a byly porovnány s kurikulem formálního vzdělávání pro ošetřovatelské profese a s příležitostmi jejich celoživotního vzdělávání. Zjištěné vzdělávací potřeby jsou dokladem kredencionalismu v ošetřovatelství a mohou posloužit jako hypotéza vývoje složitosti práce v tomto oboru.The objective of the thesis is to identify the increasing requirements on competences in the nursing care profession. The working activities of senior hospital nurses at a department of an undisclosed health centre have been analyzed using time frames made by the technique of direct disinterested observation. The obtained information has been further validated by expert interviews and compared with the formal education curriculum for nursing-care professions and with the life-long education and learning opportunities. The found education needs support the existence of credentialism in the nursing care and may be used as a hypothesis of development of complexity of work in this profession.
