Zabývá se psychickým vývojem jedince a vlivem klimatu školy a třídy na tento vývoj. Představuje diagnostické metody pro měření klimatu třídy, životní spokojenosti a osobní autonomie.Výzkumná část prezentuje výsledky měření klimatu tříd, životní spokojenosti žáků a míry jejich osobní autonomie a vzájemné vztahy mezi těmito oblastmi a jejich dílčími složkami.. -- Abstract: The thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge concerning the history of reaserch of the school and classroom climate, explains the basic concepts of the topic, lists the selected types of climate and their peculiarities. It deals with the psychological development of an individual and the influence of the school and classroom climate on this development. The thesis introduces the diagnostic methods for the measurement of the classroom climate, subjective well-being and personal autonomy. The research brings the specific results of the measurements of the classroom climate, subjective well-being of the pupils and the extent of their personal autonomy and mutual relations between these areas and their komponents.
