(193 765 znaků). : grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Miluše Hutyrová. -- Abstract: Diplomová práce sleduje zkušenosti, způsob práce a přístupy učitelů k romským žákům, míru spolupráce učitelů s romskými dětmi i jejich rodiči. Teoretická část prezentuje přehled kognitivních funkcí, myšlenkové procesy, specifika osobnosti učitele a romského žáka. Pro vytváření správných postojů a přístupů k romským žákům vyzdvihuje důležitost procesu myšlení a ostatních kognitivních funkcí. Na procesech myšlení jsou založeny programy pro rozvoj myšlení dětí, které nejsou stavěny na získaných znalostech a nediskriminují žáky z kulturně odlišného prostředí. Praktická část pracuje s pojmy pedagog bez speciální pedagogiky a pedagog se speciální pedagogikou, hledá shody a rozdíly mezi jejich přístupy ke vzdělávání romských žáků v edukačním procesu. V diplomové práci hledáme, zda existuje ?něco speciálního? na práci pedagogů se speciální pedagogikou.. -- Abstract: Thesis watching experience, methods their work, and the accesses of teachers for Romany pupils, the degree of cooperation of teachers with Romany children and their parents. The theoretical part presents an overview of the cognitive functions, thought processes, characteristics teacher and Romany pupil. For creating the correct attitudes and approaches to Romany pupils shows the importance of the process of thinking, and other cognitive functions. On the processes of thought are based in programs for the development of the thinking of children. Programs are not built on available knowledge and shall not discriminate against students from culturally different environment. The practical part of the works with the concepts of teacher without special education and the educator with a special education, looking for consensus and differences between their approaches to the education of Romany pupils in the educational process. In thesis we're looking for ,whether there is "something special" in the work of educators with a special education.
