Diplomová práce je zaměřena na služby pro seniory Domova seniorů a Domova se zvláštním režimem Hranice. V teoretické části jsou popsány potřeby seniorů, jejich zdravotní problémy, systém péče o uživatele Domova seniorů Hranice. Praktická část obsahuje informace získané výzkumným šetřením. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat systém péče o uživatele v Domově seniorů a zjistit jejich spokojenost s nabízenými službami a poskytovanou péčí.The dissertation concentrates on the services for the target group of the Old People´s Home residents and the Home with a Special Regimen residents, Hranice. In the theoretical part of the dissertation there are described the specific needs of senior citizens, their health problems and the system of special care provided to the residents of the Old People´s Home, Hranice. The practical part contains the information acquired by applied research. The aspiration of this dissertation is to describe the system of care provided to the residents of the above mentioned premises and thus secure their satisfaction with the services and care provided.
