Práce pojednává o problematice fibromyalgie. Poskytuje souhrn informací z našich i zahraničních zdrojů ohledně farmakologické, nefarmakologické i alternativní léčby. První část práce se zabývá fibromyalgií jako takovou, zahrnuje podrobný popis příznaků onemocnění, jeho diagnostiku a souhrn aktuálně používaných metod léčby. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny možnosti ovlivnění fibromyalgie ve fyzioterapii. Na podkladě vědeckých studií jsou zde zmíněny ověřené terapeutické metody z oblasti fyzikální terapie, balneoterapie a kinezioterapie. Tato část se zabývá také specifikami vyšetření nemocných s fibromyalgií a edukací pacienta. Součástí práce je kazuistika pacienta s tímto onemocněním.This thesis deals with the issue of fibromyalgia. It provides a summary of information from domestic and foreign sources, in reference to pharmacological, nonpharmacological, and alternative treatments. The first part of the thesis describes fibromyalgia itself, it includes a detailed description of the symptoms, its diagnosis, and a summary of the currently used methods of treatment. The second part contains the optionsof influencing in fibromyalgia in physiotherapeutic treatment. It mentions the proven therapeutic methods in the field of physical therapy, balneotherapy and kinesiotherapy, based on the scientific studies. The specifics of medical examination and patient education are also described in this section. The thesis includes a patient study with this diagnosis.
