Úloha personálních agentur není veřejnosti příliš známa. Cílem této práce je poukázat na význam personálních agentur v rámci celé oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Pomocí teoretického ukotvení andragogiky a řízení lidských zdrojů z první a druhé části práce, jsou následně v praktické části vyhodnoceny funkce personální a pracovní agentury Trenkwalder a.s. Význam personálních agentur tímto zhodnocením tak v závěru dostává zcela nový podtext, ze kterého se dají vyčíst mnohé spojitosti jejích funkcí v andragogice a personálních činnostech.The role of personnel agencies is not well known to the public. The aim of this thesis is to highlight the importance of personnel agencies throughout the area of human resources management. I'm using a theoretical part of adult education and human resource management from the first and second part to evaluate the functions of employment and personnel agency Trenkwalder in the practical part. Importance of personnel agencies in this evaluation and its results, gets a whole new subtext of which can be read many of its functions in relation to an adult education and personnel activities.
