Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizační kulturou vybrané mateřské školy. V části teoretické obsahuje vymezení pojmů kultura, organizační kultura a kultura školy, zaměřuje se na strukturu a obsah organizační kultury, věnuje se možnostem poznání, utváření a změny organizační kultury, přibližuje současné pojetí mateřské školy a zaměření školy na kvalitu. V praktické části je za využití kvalitativních i kvantitativních metod zkoumán a analyzován současný stav kultury vybrané mateřské školy. Výstupem je identifikování kulturní mezery mezi stavem požadovaným a stavem současným a na základě zjištěného stavu jsou navrhnuta vhodná opatření pro utváření kultury školy podporující kvalitu školy.The bachelor thesis deals with the organizational culture of a selected kindergarten. In its theoretical part, it defines the terms culture, organizational culture, and culture of the school it focuses on the structure and content of the organizational culture it addresses the possibilities how to learn about, create and change the organizational culture it describes in detail the current conception of the kindergarten and the focus of the school on quality. In its practical part, the current state of the culture of the selected kindergarten is examined and analysed while using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The output identifies the cultural gap between the required and current state, and based on the established status, suitable measures for creating the culture of the school are proposed supporting the school quality.
