Diplomová práce zasahuje do problematiky sebehodnocení tělesných proporcí a míry přesnosti tohoto procesu oproti standardním postupům měření. Seznamuje s testováním a měřením, vlastnostmi testů, nahlíží do problematiky tělesné zdatnosti a jejího vlivu na zdravotní stav jedince. Na základě výsledků z provedeného výzkumu navrhuje modifikovaný metodický postup a nové pomůcky při procesu sebehodnocení jedince.This thesis deals with issues of body proportions self-assessment and the degree of accuracy in this process compared to standard measurement procedures. It introduces testing, measurement and properties of tests and looks into the issue of physical fitness and its impact on health status of individuals. Based on the results of the measurements a new methodology and tools in the self-assessment process are proposed.
