Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním, posouzením a objektivizací vzájemných vztahů mezi jednotlivými svaly ramenního pletence a trupu. Pomocí povrchové elektromyografie jsme zkoumali svaly v rámci pohybových aktivit v uzavřeném i otevřeném kinematickém řetězci a také při aktivitě běžně vykonávané v rámci denního režimu jak u zdravé populace, tak u pacientů. Hodnotili jsme chováni jednotlivých svalů v přesně definovaných fázích pohybů a dále také četnost výskytu případných synergií. Z výsledků studie vyplývá, že existují vzájemné souhry mezi hlavním flexorem a extenzorem loketního kloubu, v určité míře i mezi m. triceps brachii a m. serratus anterior a v neposlední řadě také mezi m. serratus anterior a m. infraspinatus. Co se týče pohybové činnosti ADL, nebyly zaznamenány žádné funkční vztahy. Naopak, ve srovnání četnosti výskytu synergií měřených svalů ve zdravé a stigmatizované populaci, byly patrné značné rozdíly.The aim of this thesis is to compare, to review and to objectify mutual relations between particular muscles of the shoulder girdle and the trunk. By the help of the surface electromyography we tried to examine those muscles within motion activities in the closed kinematic chain, in the open kinematic chain and as well as to perform also in daily activitiy of living. In our trial we examined healhy and disabled people. Measured muscles were value in exactly defined motion positions and we also tried to observe frequency of occurrence oppropriate muscles synergies. Our results shows certain mutual relate connection between the main extensor muscle and the main flexor muscle of the elbow, between triceps brachii muscle and serratus anterior muscle and at the least not last between serratus anterior muscle and infraspinatus muscle. There were no results of the mutual muscles synergies within activity of daily living. But we found significant differences of the mutual muscles synergies ohter way round in the healthy people compared to the disabled people.
